Apartment hunters are finding virtual tours to be a helpful tool in the rental process: we’ve increased the amount of daily virtual tours by 66% in the past two weeks — that’s 50 virtual tours a day.
Common’s team of in-house leasing agents are experts in conducting virtual tours of our 40+ properties for potential tenants, with almost 30% of Common renters applying for an apartment after having a virtual tour. In fact, 1 in 3 people who tour their apartment virtually sends in an application that same day.As Common continues to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19 within our communities, we will now mandate virtual touring for all buildings nationwide, and continue adapting our policies and procedures to meet the current environment.
